As a Chocolate Mousse Artisan Contractor, you’ll play a key role in producing our luxurious chocolate mousse in a fast-paced commercial kitchen. This contract position offers flexibility and the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

• Prepare, mix, and cook chocolate mousse according to our precise recipes.
• Jar and package mousse with attention to detail, ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Maintain a spotless and organized workspace, adhering to strict sanitation standards.
• Monitor ingredient quality and inventory to ensure every batch meets the highest quality standards.
• Participate in research and development of new flavor profiles and products.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and innovate new techniques.
• Follow all food safety protocols to keep our kitchen compliant and the integrity of our product pure.

To work in our commercial kitchen, you’ll need:

• Food Handler’s Certification: Required for all food preparation roles to ensure safe handling practices. (Must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held.)
• ServSafe Certification (preferred): Demonstrates knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food production environment.
• A love for chocolate and dessert-making (taste-testing is a perk!).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management or quality control.
