Showroom Director
Pro One Builders Group is seeking a driven, client-focused Showroom Director to lead our luxury design-build showroom in Westmont, IL. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on sales, leadership, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily showroom operations and client experience
- Convert showroom visits into signed, high-value projects
- Build strong relationships with vendors and partners
- Drive revenue growth and overall showroom performance

- Sales-driven mindset (not just design-focused)
- Experience in showroom, construction, or high-end retail
- Professional, organized, and confident communicator
