Marketing Analyst (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Digital Analyst with strong Tableau dashboarding and Marketing Analytics expertise to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for developing data strategy, building insightful dashboards, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations to drive marketing success.
Digital Analysts are the subject matter experts in data strategy, data analysis, and insights development. You will partner with our marketing communication strategists and creative teams, focusing on a data-first mindset to measure and optimize campaigns that drive business results. Responsibilities:- Data Development & Dashboarding: Produce analytics dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI, and ad hoc reporting for websites, paid media campaigns, social media, and other online activities.
- Advanced Analysis: Manage large data sets, integrate data from multiple/disparate sources, query databases, and conduct sophisticated quantitative analyses.
- Actionable Insights: Translate modeling and analytics output into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that enable revenue growth, channel adoption, and customer acquisition/retention.
- Strategy & Alignment: Support data strategy, analytics support, behavior analysis, cross-channel measurement, and strategic alignment with all digital marketing stakeholders.
- Analytical Solutions: Assist in developing and implementing complex analytical solutions, including data preprocessing, anomaly detection, multivariate testing, audience segmentation, and customer journey analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital data ingestion and working within data lakes.
- 3-5 years of experience building dashboards within Tableau and PowerBI.
- Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills, including navigating across different global regions and cultures.
- Commitment to being hands-on and balancing strategic thinking with methodical execution.
