We will be hosting open interviews for all Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work at our Community Day Services program and in the group home setting. Our community-based group homes are located in Des Plaines, Evanston, Highland Park, Lake Zurich, Maywood, Mount Prospect and Morton Grove, Niles, Buffalo Grove 
We are excited about the opportunity to share more information about our agency, programs and the services we provide those we support.

Location & Schedule:
Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) Home Shifts
Afternoon:  2pm -12am Monday - Thursday 
Overnight: 11pm-9am. Monday - Thursday 
Afternoon Weekend: 2pm-12am Friday. 9am-9pm Saturday and Sunday. 
Overnight weekend: 11pm-9am Friday 9pm-9am Saturday and Sunday.

CDS DAY PROGRAM 7:30AM- 4:00PM

APPLICANTS SHOULD BRING:
• RESUME AND REFERENCES
• PROOF OF HIGH SCHOOL OR GED COMPLETION
• VALID ID (driver's license, passport, etc)

Driving Requirement: You must have a valid driver's license & be willing to drive company vehicles to be eligible for this shift.
Pay: Base Rate $21.60-$24.60 per hour

About the Position We are hiring DSPs who are professional, energetic, and nurturing. You will provide hands-on support to individuals as they work on daily activities and long-term goals. This includes activities such as art projects, meal preparation, enhancing social skills, providing companionship, and more.

Requirements
You must meet the following requirements:
Pass:
· A fingerprint criminal background check
· A child abuse and neglect check
· A drug screen.

Provide:
· An original document (no photocopies) showing high school completion or high school equivalency. Examples include: High school diploma, GED certificate, college transcript
· Residency for the past 2 years
· Current & original documents that verify your identity & ability to legally work in the United States
· Two verifiable employment references within the last 10 years
