Reports to: VP, Controller

Job Summary

Provide overall management direction for two or more projects and develop new business opportunities relative to a particular client, group of clients or geographical area.

Coordinate key field positions with project superintendent and/or field coordinator.

Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.

Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

1. Request bids for specific work scopes from subcontractors, review bids and select subcontractors accordingly.

1. Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.

1. Represent company in project meetings.

4. Manage financial aspects of contracts and all other construction documentation (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with client.

5. Makes decisions and recommendations that can greatly impact corporate relationship with client and profitability of projects that he manages. Acts without close supervision.

6. Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
