The ICU Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to critically ill or unstable patients requiring constant monitoring and advanced life-support. The nurse collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license (state-specific).

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU/Critical Care experience .

• BLS and ACLS certifications required (NIHSS preferred).

• Strong knowledge of ventilator management, critical drips, and cardiac monitoring.

• Experience with EMR systems and ability to work in high-acuity environments.
