About the Roles

ARC Document Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our AIM Production team. We have multiple openings available in trimming/cutting, scanning, and quality control. Each role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality document management services for our clients.

Available Positions

1. Document Trimmer/Cutter Operator

Summary:Operate industrial document cutters/trimmers to perform bound book trimming services and prepare documents for scanning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process pallets of boxes for trimming.
• Operate and maintain heavy-duty cutting equipment.
• Adjust settings as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years operating heavy-duty production equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.

2. Document Scanning Operator

Summary:Perform document scanning services using high-speed production scanners while meeting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow work orders and project procedures.
• Operate scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon) and adjust settings as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.

• Inspect output for image quality, accuracy, and completeness.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of production-level document scanning experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. regularly.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. when reviewing against physical records.
