Agricultural Lenders - Entry Level to Senior Lender Opportunities
Overview
We are a community bank dedicated to building long-term relationships supporting local decision-making, and serving the agricultural community with integrity and expertise. We are seeking motivated lending professionals - ranging from entry-level to experienced senior lenders - who are passionate about agriculture and committed to strengthening our local communities.
Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:
* Portfolio development
* Credit analysis
* Loan structuring
* Relationship management
* Mentor junior lenders
* Team management and Leadership
Education and/or experience in agriculture, agribusiness, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
* $45,000 - $100,000 + Based on experience
* Incentive compensation available
