Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated, dependable landscape laborers to work safely in the field. In this seasonal role, you will work alongside a professional crew to perform routine maintenance that keeps our clients' properties in top condition. If you love working outside in a team environment, this position is right for you! Responsibilities- Perform routine mowing, edging, and trimming of residential and commercial properties
- Prune shrubs and trees to maintain health and aesthetic appeal
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Interact with teammates, clients, and the public in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist with seasonal color displays and planting as needed
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear assigned personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions and
- Experience safely operating landscaping machinery (e.g., zero-turn mowers)
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to our Evanston facility
- Pay Range: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience. Anyone with a valid CDL, Class A, or Class B license would start at $21/hour, based on experience
