Position Purpose:
Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of eating disorder and mental health treatment services to clients and their families and support recovery in daily living situations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- LCPC, LCSW, LMFT required
- Experience in behavioral health treatment
- Able to conduct individual, group and family counseling sessions
- Provide case management, treatment planning, and discharge planning for clients
Responsibilities:
1. Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
2. Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family members.
3. Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
4. Analyze client clinical and case management requirements and develop actionable plans to meet them.
5. Provide comprehensive education to clients and their support network on treatment protocols, related health concerns, and steps to recovery.
6. Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
7. Maintain accurate documentation in client service records, adhering to standards set by licensing, accreditation, and funder requirements.
8. Demonstrate leadership by serving as the central point of contact and representative of the site, and maintain open channels of communication with all staff and external stakeholders.
9. Establish and maintain a visible and supportive presence within the community to promote mental health awareness, provide resources, and foster connections with individuals seeking support.
10. Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
11. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation in electronic health record.
12. Contribute actively as an integral member of the clinical team, fostering collaboration and inclusivity
by participating in all team meetings, discussions, and activities aimed at enhancing client care.
13. Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
14. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
15. Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
16. Assume other additional responsibilities as requested by leadership.
Schedule:
- Hours: Monday - Friday Flexible.
- Shift: 1st and 2nd
- This position offers flexible scheduling (8 to 10 shifts) and requires at least three evening shifts per week to accommodate client availability.
Work Location: Rosecrance -Urbana IL

Compensation & Rewards
· Starting Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)
- LCPC Starting Salary: $73,819.20
- LCSW Starting Salary: $74,318.40
