Maintenance Foreman

As a Maintenance Foreman, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing maintenance crews and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage maintenance crew to ensure efficient and high-quality workflow
- Enforce safety and maintenance procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Execute schedule and verify crew hours for accurate payroll processing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite at all times
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation for each project including using online application on your phone
- Ablity to communicate with clients when nessasary.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience managing maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Consistent, reliable attendance
- Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
