???? Location: Bartonville/ Peoria, IL
???? Starting Salary Range: Job Grade 24 - $86,000 - $96,000
???? Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday. On call as needed.

What You'll Do:
- ✅ Keep current on federal and state regulations affecting safety and health issues.
- ✅Develop, implement and administer safety and health policies and procedures.
- ✅Develop training plans and procedures training material as required for safety and health training programs.
- ✅Conduct risk analysis to identify, measure, and evaluate known or potential hazards in the workplace.
- ✅Assist/lead the development of loss control systems to control hazards.
- ✅Assist with incident investigations.
- ✅Communicate timely and effectively with the safety staff and maintenance and operations personnel (hourly and management).
- ✅Other duties as assigned.
W hat We're Looking For:
???? Experience: 3-5 years as a safety professional.
???? Education: Bachelor's degree in safety or related field. *Will consider five years of experience in lieu of degree.
???? Skills: Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety programs, hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, safety training, and compliance with federal and state health and safety laws.
???? Mindset: Proactive, safety-focused, and committed to fostering a culture of health and well-being. Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to build trust at all levels.
