Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3+ years of Med Surg experience required License: Active Illinois License Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Work history - Skills Checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Med Surg/Telemetry) - 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed with dates employed listed - Nursys stating Active Illinois License - Active American Heart Association BLS Description: Registered Nurses are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery.
