Our Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing vendor invoices, coordinating payments, and ensuring accuracy across all payables. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, loves solving problems, and wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive finance team. You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading systems like Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, and Ramp, while working closely with departments across the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain vendor records in Sage Intacct
• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with the warehouse team
• Handle vendor payments through checks, credit card, and ACH
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner
• Port bills from ServiceTitan into Sage Intacct for accurate tracking
• Coordinate the tracking and coding of company credit card expenditures (ensure cardholders code properly, follow up when needed)
• Maintain compliance with city and state registrations and plumbing license renewals
• Ensure all internal control policies and procedures related to accounts payable are followed
• Assist with process improvements and special projects within the finance department

Pay and Benefits

• Competitive pay: $47,000 –$57,000 annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
