Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods to meet guest demands.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures diligently.
- Stock and organize stations throughout each shift.
- Assist with prep work and daily kitchen tasks as needed.
- Collaborate as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable and punctual with a commitment to the team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required; we’re happy to train the right individuals.
Schedule
