Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSMC) Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience Required
-
Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs for subscription models (recurring, usage-based).

Configure Oracle Subscription Management Cloud, including product catalogs, pricing rules, billing schedules, proration, and discount logic.

Manage end-to-end subscription lifecycle: creation, amendments, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.

Ensure seamless integration with Order Management (OM), Receivables (AR), Revenue Management (RMCS), and external systems for a unified solution.

Drive SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, provide post-go-live support, and conduct user training.

Hands-on experience in conversion of contracts to OSMC.

Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), advising on subscription best practices, SaaS billing, and revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
Technical & Functional Skills

Deep functional expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Experience with related Oracle modules (OM, AR, RMCS, Install Base).

Ability to create functional design documents (FDDs) and test cases.
-
Understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
