Front Office Associate
M3 Dental is a patient-centered cosmetic and family dental practice dedicated to excellence, comfort, and innovation. Schedule for the Front Office Associate:
Monday: 8:45am - 6:30pm
Tuesday: 9:45am - 6:30pm
Wednesday: 8:45am - 6:30pm
Thursday: 8:45am - 6:30pm
Friday: 7:45am - 1:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 1:30pm (Once a month) (Flexible)
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Front Office Associate:
At least 3 years of dental front office experience
Greet patients warmly and professionally; manage check-in and check-out
Schedule appointments and maintain a full, efficient schedule
Collect payments and review financial arrangements with patients
Verify, update, and maintain accurate insurance information
Make reminder calls and send appointment confirmations
Check claim status and submit electronic insurance claims
Answer and manage phone calls, texts, and emails while multitasking effectively
Create, present, and review treatment plans with patients
Prepare schedules and paperwork for the following day
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area
