PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer is responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This role involves designing scalable and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities

· Experience with agile development methodologies.

· Knowledge of best practices in software design, coding, and testing.

· Significant experience in software development, with a focus on designing and building scalable systems.

· Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization's tech stack.

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor development teams.

· Lead the design and architecture of software applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability requirements.

· Experience in developing computer software code.

· Experience in a variety of software programming languages.

· Experience in designing, testing, debugging and documenting software.

Requirements

· Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for complex software systems.

· Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

· Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

· Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

· Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to address them.

· Oversee and contribute to testing processes, ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications.

· Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams.

· Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.

Preferred Qualifications

CISSP, CEH, CSM, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. AWS platforms, Java Developer
