Responsibilities
- Perform triage and initial assessment of patients presenting to the ER, prioritizing care based on acuity
- Administer medications, manage IV access, monitor responses, and intervene per physician orders
- Support stabilization and resuscitation efforts; assist with urgent procedures as needed
- Collect specimens, perform basic tests, document findings, and communicate updates to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, radiology, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care and disposition

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois
- ER nursing experience (preferred)
- Ability to work night shifts
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety
