Next Generation Wireless (NGW), the largest Authorized Agent of UScellular, is recognized for its dynamic, team-oriented sales environment—where collaboration, shared best practices, and peer support drive our success.

We are actively seeking a Sales Leader to lead and inspire our sales team. This leadership role is critical to our organization’s success and is ideal for a proven manager with experience in leading high-performing sales teams who is ready for a new challenge in a dynamic and ever-evolving industry.

As a leader within NGW, you will be responsible for driving positive outcomes and sales growth by fostering the success of your team. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to maximize results while operating with a strong business perspective. If you’re passionate about developing and leading a winning sales team, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sales strategies with exceptional execution and follow up
  • Train, coach, and mentor associates to achieve both their personal and professional goals
  • Build an effective sales and customer experience culture through strengthening and leveraging the capabilities of your sales team to win new customers, drive customer loyalty, and reach their full potential in achieving superior sales results
  • Build relationships within the community by developing or participating in activities that introduce them to the cutting-edge products and services we offer
  • Manage and lead all store operations

Things You Can Expect

  • Competitive Pay : You can expect to earn $50,000-$65,000+ annually which includes a base wage based on experience and a competitive, uncapped commission structure.
