What You’ll Do

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for turning company strategy into actionable plans, KPIs, and financial insights. This role drives performance by leading planning and forecasting processes, delivering actionable analysis, and enhancing analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of forecasts and reports, the quality and impact of actionable insights delivered, effectiveness in supporting business decision-making, and alignment with core company values and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support operational, financial, and strategic goals.
• Develop and deliver management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to enable informed business decisions.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models and analytical tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate across departments to provide insights that improve business performance.
• Uphold company values, demonstrate accountability, and contribute to a culture of high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience leading a remote team or managing offshore analysts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Mandarin fluency required: must read and speak fluent Mandarin.
