OverviewThe Gallagher Standards of Excellence (GSE) Corporate Resource is responsible for conducting on-site or remote Quality Assurance (QA) Reviews for GGB-US branches to ensure adherence to Gallagher Standards of Excellence. The individual in this role will act as a liaison for assigned branches to respond to inquiries and/or troubleshoot issues when needed.

How you'll make an impactEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updates work flow procedures to improve business efficiency and conducts periodic quality control, checks, and ensures quality audit performance measures are maintained.
- Serves as a regional/divisional resource responsible for enabling employees to comply to company standards, procedures, and policies Lead or participate in on-site or remote Corporate QA Reviews to assess compliance with GSE procedures.
- Educate branches on GSE procedures while conducting remote and face-to-face QA Reviews.
- Work with assigned branches to determine necessary action steps and related planning to mitigate deficiencies.
- Document and disseminate Corporate QA Review results.
- Conduct follow up conference calls with Branch President, CSD and Branch GSE Coordinator to assure action items are addressed following GSE procedures.
- Review and provide feedback to assigned branches on Branch QA Reviews. Effectively train individuals or work groups on GSE topics.
- Participate in team meetings via conference call or in person when requested. Represent the GSE team on special projects when requested or when assigned. Other duties as assigned.

- Must be willing and able to travel with minimal notice.
- Must be able to work remotely on a full-time basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 or more years related experience
Desired:
- Previous experience with pools, programs or reinsurance products is beneficial.
- Experience facilitating effective training.
- Effective communication skills.
