• Temp-to-hire opportunity with conversion after the required probationary period
• 2nd Shift : Mon–Fri, 10:30am–7:00pm
• 3rd Shift : Mon–Fri, 8:30pm–5:00am (pay differential applies)

What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring every order is pulled, packaged, converted, shipped, and loaded accurately and free of visible defects
• Pull, pack, stage, and convert orders using computer work orders or supervisor direction
• Package materials per carrier rules and customer-specific instructions
• Confirm all product and shipping labels are fully legible and complete job/order numbers on order tickets
• Use company systems to generate labels, check stock, update shipping status, prepare parcel shipments (UPS and FedEx), and produce shipping manifests
• Load and unload safely: chock the truck before entry, check the bed for debris/obstructions/defects, verify incoming product condition against packing lists or return authorizations, and position/secure freight correctly
• Secure loads for delivery to standard
• Fill out forms and records accurately and legibly
• Maintain housekeeping standards to keep aisles and bays clean
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Pitch in with other duties as assigned

Must-have qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse experience
• 2+ years reach truck experience (stand-up)
• Proven skill on stand-up reach truck, cherry picker, order picker, and electric pallet jack (Crown reach truck)
• Able to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift
• Current forklift license/certification
• Meets all physical requirements of the role
