Candidates require a minimum of three years of managing, creating, and organizing construction documents. Knowledge of IDOT compliance standards and web-based documentation systems are required.

Qualification Requirements :

• Education – bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or highly-related discipline preferred.
• Certification – IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities.
• Experience – 3+ years of managing, creating, and organizing construction documents, ensuring compliance with IDOT standards, are required.
• Proficient with using web-based documentation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities :

This role is responsible for managing, creating, and organizing construction documents, ensuring compliance with IDOT standards. You will be responsible for utilizing web-based documentation systems to maintain organization and important construction documents.

Job Offer:

• Competitive base salary between $94 – 118K, depending on project assignment, experience, skills, and location.
