THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As a member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Financial Analyst II will support the business by providing financial guidance and actionable insights to drive data-backed decisions. This role supports core forecasting and budgeting workstreams, leads cross-functional collaboration, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve performance and efficiency. Under direct supervision, this role also assists in the preparation in providing reports and analysis for the planning and forecasting process.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

• Partner with Accounting and cross-functional teams to manage the close process and provide clear, accurate variance analysis between forecasted and actual results.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, evaluating key drivers, risks, and opportunities to inform strategy.

• Prepare financial reports and presentations summarizing company performance.

• Analyze trends and explain variances to the budget and forecast.

• Extract data from systems and develop reports.

• Manage and optimize the forecasting tool , including data entry and reporting.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

• Consolidate and analyze departmental and functional plans and forecasts.

• Provide actionable recommendations to business leaders to drive profitability.

• Support strategic initiatives by analyzing profitability and financial hurdles.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

• Undergraduate degree (Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Math)

• 2-4 yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

• Highly analytical with strong technical and strategic thinking skills.

• Background in compiling data, creating queries, and replicable reports. Power BI experience is a plus .

• Intellectual curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking to deliver analysis and creative solutions.

• Prior budgeting and forecasting experience preferred.

• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

• Extremely strong skill set in Excel.

• PowerPoint experience with the ability to present financial data to internal business partners.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills .

• Experience in Finance in the retail industry is preferred

The pay range for this position is $66,200.00 - $88,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
