We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys helping people. This role focuses on generating new business, educating clients on proper coverage, and building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals. • Base Salary: $36,000 + commission and performance bonuses

• Generate and convert new business through inbound and outbound opportunities
• Quote and present insurance solutions that properly protect clients
• Conduct coverage reviews to identify protection gaps
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Meet or exceed production and activity metrics

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong personal accountability
