We're seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys helping people. This role focuses on generating new business, educating clients on proper coverage, and building long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals. - Base Salary: $36,000 + commission and performance bonuses

Responsibilities- Generate and convert new business through inbound and outbound opportunities
- Quote and present insurance solutions that properly protect clients
- Conduct coverage reviews to identify protection gaps
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Meet or exceed production and activity metrics
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong personal accountability
- Team player with an ownership mentality
- Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
