Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (Night Shift)

Location: Gifford, IL

Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $30 to $35/hour (Based on experience)

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Nights | Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Schedule: 3 shifts/week, every other weekend | Hours/Week: 36

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gifford, IL.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care overnight according to resident care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and report changes.
• Document nursing care in PCC electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with RNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality resident care.
• Participate in facility orientation and shadowing as required.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to work night 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
