Maintenance Supervisor (Freeport)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high and low voltage systems, project management, electrical work, and maintenance management. 1. Qualifications: Associates degree in an engineering or business-related field preferred;
2. At least 5 years work in a technical field preferred;
3. Mechanical/electrical background is necessary. Apprenticeship program or technical school background is desirable;
4. Strong math skills and computer skills;
5. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members;

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians

– Supervise maintenance projects from inception to completion

– Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly

– Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems

– Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and system improvements

– Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repairs

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Skills:

– Proficiency in high voltage systems

– Strong project management abilities

– Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting

– Electrical expertise for system installation and repairs

– Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members

– Experience supervising maintenance staff

– Familiarity with low voltage systems
