We're seeking a compassionate, proactive Patient Coordinator to join our growing practice. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be part of the future of healthcare in a supportive, daytime environment where every team member matters. Schedule:
- Friday: 10:30am - 3:00pm
- Monday OR Wednesday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Growth potential : This role can expand to additional days/hours for the right person
- Starting pay: $17/hour
- First raise opportunity after successful 90-day trial period
As a Patient Coordinator, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice while supporting clinic operations. In our collaborative environment, everyone pitches inyou'll wear many hats and gain exposure to all aspects of running an integrative healthcare practice.
Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients warmly and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting in appointment scheduling and coordination
- Supporting room turnover and maintaining a clean, peaceful environment
- Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and supply ordering
- Contributing to social media content and community outreach events
- Collaborating with the team to improve office processes and patient experience
