Operational Office Support Administrator

Operational Office Support Administrator Location Fairmont City, IL :

The Operational Office Support Administrator is responsible for several day-to-day activities for the PBT Acquisition operations team. They answer the phone, greet any third-party vendors or other visitors, maintain filing systems, and oversee the recording of the day's activities of inbound and outbound shipping. They also help coordinate new hire onboarding, assist with organizing required meetings and work on data entry tasks, along with a variety of other front office responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Enter daily production data into tracking spreadsheet from operations

· Coordinate sales orders processed

· Updating order processing spreadsheet

· Obtain and process daily shipping and receiving orders, including receiving deliveries

· Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation

· Supporting operational teams with timekeeping at the plant and coordinating with accounting support team

· Maintaining equipment maintenance schedule through FIXX software system

· Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for equipment as directed by operations

· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages

· Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate

Education and Training Requirements

· High school diploma or GED required

· Vocational diploma from a business- or office-management training program preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.49 - $23.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
