Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance work across multiple construction and property sites in Freeport. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling various mechanical systems and supporting construction and property maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform plumbing repairs and installations including pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, and water lines.

* Handle electrical maintenance such as wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, and lighting installations.

* Assist with HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.

* Conduct routine maintenance and inspections across multiple construction and property sites.

* Identify mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to prevent operational disruptions.

* Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.

* Coordinate with project managers and contractors to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, construction maintenance, or property maintenance.

* Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

* Ability to troubleshoot and repair various building systems.

* Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple properties.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Trade certification or technical training in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, or mechanical maintenance.

* Experience working in construction or property management environments.
