Sr Analyst IBP, Demand Capabilities
As a Senior Analyst for Demand Capabilities, you will own the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of demand planning processes, tools, and ways of working. You will partner closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Digital to strengthen forecasting quality, increase process efficiency, and enable reliable decision-making that improves service, inventory, and financial performance.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Demand Planning Process Champion, owning end-to-end governance and standardization (process standards, RACI/decision rights, controls, documentation) and driving cross-functional adoption and compliance.
- Own the demand capability roadmap across process, governance, data, and technology in alignment with Kraft Heinz IBP standards and business priorities.
- Develop and govern forecasting methodologies (baseline, promotional uplift, seasonality, NPI, discontinuations, lifecycle events), ensuring consistent application and documentation.
- Drive forecast performance management through regular diagnostics of accuracy, bias, autonomous/touchless forecasting, and value-added metrics; identify root causes and lead targeted improvement actions with planners and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into tool and data enhancements (e.g., o9 or demand planning platform): write requirements, coordinate testing/UAT, support releases, and drive adoption.
- Build capability through training and coaching: create playbooks, standard work, and learning curriculum; coach demand planners on best practices and analytical approaches.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. automation (o9, Power BI, etc), advanced analytics pilots) with clear value cases and measurable benefit tracking.
- Provide clear executive-ready reporting on process health, adoption, forecast KPIs, and key drivers impacting the demand outlook.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field
- 2-4 years work or education in logistics, demand planning/forecasting, supply planning, or supply chain related areas (MBA preferred)
- Proficient in Excel and general knowledge of other MS Office applications required
- Experience with planning tools (e.g. o9, SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, Anaplan) and strong analytics skills (Excel; Power BI/Tableau and SQL a plus).
- Experience with Change Management: process deployment, stakeholder management, training, and driving measurable KPI improvements

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
