Prep Cook

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Market Cook to prepare fresh, housemade foods for our Take Away Market case. This role focuses on small batch production of high quality, approachable foods such as chicken salads, roasted proteins, and prepared sides.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare daily small batch items for the refrigerated market case
• Follow standardized recipes and production lists
• Maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Practice safe food handling and proper labeling, dating, and storage
• Keep prep areas clean, organized, and efficient
• Assist with light prep for catering and special market features as needed
• Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership regarding production levels and inventory
