CONTRACT RECRUITER Workday Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)-MUST HAVE WORKDAY HRIS systems -Remote role recruiting for East Coast locations Most position in the manufacturing sector include: Product Engineers, Account Managers, MFG Quality Engineer, Product Manager, Quality Manager, Buyer/Planner, Product/Data Manager The contract recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational needs. They collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to define role requirements, build talent pipelines via social media and job boards, and ensure a positive candidate experience , Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, Extend offers, negotiate salary and terms, and manage the pre-employment process, Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), track recruiting metrics and status.
