The Role

As Director - Quality & Food Safety Strategy, you will drive Veeva’s growth in the food & beverage market across North America. This is a commercial-focused role where your success will be measured by new customer acquisition, market expansion, and the executive relationships you build with leading F&B companies.

You will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategy, aligning sales, marketing, product, and services to win new business and expand existing accounts. Drawing on your expertise in quality, food safety, and manufacturing—along with proven experience in digital transformation and commercial execution—you will influence how the industry adopts modern cloud solutions.

This is a high-impact position for a commercially minded leader who wants to grow market share, engage directly with C-level executives, and play a key role in shaping how the food & beverage industry transforms quality and food safety.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Growth: Expand Veeva’s Quality & Food Safety solutions across leading food & beverage companies.
• Shape Strategy: Define and lead go-to-market strategies, aligning sales, marketing, product, and services with a unified vision.
• Engage Executives: Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, demonstrating how Veeva solutions drive measurable business outcomes.
• Consult with Impact: Lead workshops to identify pain points, build business cases, and design digital transformation roadmaps.
• Tell the Story: Evangelize Veeva’s vision by speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, and publishing thought leadership.
• Demonstrate Value: Show how modern cloud solutions deliver ROI through automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience driving growth at an enterprise software vendor or top-tier management consultancy.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level Quality, Food Safety, and IT leaders.
• Proven expertise in digital transformation within manufacturing, quality, or food safety.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagement.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading global sales or strategy teams with a track record of winning enterprise deals.
• Established relationships with executive-level stakeholders in the food & beverage industry.

Compensation

• Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
• The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
