About the role: As a Culinary Co-Pilot, you'll work with a partner on our assembly lines to build delicious meals, one component at a time. It's a bit like a high-speed, food-focused puzzle! You'll need a keen eye and a quick hand to ensure every tray is filled to perfection. The best part? You get to enjoy a constant, refreshing, 30°F environment that keeps you cool and energized all day. What you'll do: Plate with precision: Place small, empty trays onto the assembly line with speed and accuracy. Build the perfect meal: Add various food components to each tray as it moves down the line, following a specific recipe. Keep it clean: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Team up for success: Work collaboratively with your line partner and the rest of the team to achieve daily production goals. Keep an eye on quality: Ensure every meal meets our high standards before it gets sealed by the machine.

dress code:
Dress appropriately for our cold environment by wearing moisture-wicking base layers, an insulating mid-layer like a fleece, and a protective insulated outer layer. You must wear steel-toe boots with non-slip soles to ensure safety in both the refrigerated and freezer areas. Protect your extremities by also wearing a hat, insulated gloves, and warm socks. This layering approach allows you to adjust to the temperature while staying safe and comfortable throughout your shift
