Location: Peoria, IL

Pay: $30–$40/hour DOE + performance incentive opportunities

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-call rotation

What You’ll Do as Part of Our 5-Star Team

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Provide outstanding customer service that protects and strengthens our 5-star reputation
• Work closely with a dedicated office support team that handles scheduling and customer communication
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to solve problems and support one another
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office to ensure smooth service calls
• Represent a trusted, highly reviewed company with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification (required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in customer satisfaction
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
