PM Shift Lead / Server
PM Shift Lead / Server Join the Jarabe Team!
We're looking for an experienced PM Shift Lead to help lead our evening restaurant operations. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading by example, and wants to grow into a management role while still interacting with guests.
This is a working leadership position —you'll be serving guests while also helping oversee the restaurant during the evening shift.
Pay- Starting at $18/hour + tips
- Typical total earnings: $24–26+/hour

- Full-time preferred (part-time considered for the right candidate)
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead a team of 4–5 employees during dinner service
- Ensure food quality and speed of service
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Assign and verify side work
- Count the cash drawer and complete closing procedures
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and ready for the next day
- Communicate daily issues and successes with ownership
- Has restaurant serving experience
- Naturally leads by example
- Stays calm during busy shifts
- Is dependable and punctual
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can solve problems independently
- Takes pride in keeping a clean and organized restaurant
- Is authorized to work in the United States
