Provider Enrollment Specialist

LaSalle Network is partnering with a major healthcare provider to hire a Provider Enrollment Specialist in Oak Brook, IL. This onsite role is for the detail-obsessed professional who can juggle multiple enrollments, manage payer relationships, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

In this role, you’ll be more than just paperwork—you’ll be the critical link that ensures providers and facilities can see patients and get reimbursed without delay.

Provider Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities:

• Lead enrollment and recredentialing for providers with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers

• Keep facility enrollments (ASCs, dialysis centers) current and compliant

• Manage delegated payer rosters and submit on time

• Track applications and resolve delays quickly

• Partner with HR, Revenue Cycle, and Compliance to gather information

• Keep up with payer policies, guidelines, and changes

• Provide reports and support audits when needed

Provider Enrollment Specialist Requirements:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare/business admin

• At least 2 years of experience in payer enrollment

• Strong preference for facility enrollment knowledge

• Proficient in credentialing systems and payer portals

• Bonus: NAMSS CPCS/CPMSM certification, CAQH, PECOS, NPPES experience

• Exceptional organization, communication, and confidentiality skills
