Assembler

Roselle, IL

• Hours: 6am-2pm (M-F)
  Pay: $17.50 / hour

The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging water filtration systems and related components in a production environment. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble water filtration units and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Perform leak tests and pressure tests on assembled filters as required.
• Package and label finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and 5S standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all company policies, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

• Must pass drug screen

• Background check

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand, lift (up to 30 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
