Sales Representative – Customer Service Focused

Lawn Doctor | Northeast Illinois / Southeast Wisconsin

Lawn Doctor is growing, and we’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Representative who can adapt to a wide variety of customer service scenarios, think on their feet, and work well within a team-driven culture.

We operate on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) , which means we value clarity, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building long-term customer relationships while aligning with strong core values.

What You’ll Do

• Work with new leads to convert them into Lawn Doctor customers

• Support existing customers by recommending and adding services that improve and maintain their lawns

• Navigate a wide range of customer service situations with professionalism, empathy, and adaptability

• Build trust through clear communication and proactive post-sale follow-up

• Retain customers by providing consistent, high-quality service

• Learn and confidently explain Lawn Doctor services, programs, and seasonal offerings

Sales or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training and ongoing support for the right candidate.
