Job Title: Showroom Coordinator / Administrative Assistant (Fireplace & HVAC)
Company: Bruening Heating, Air Conditioning, and Fireplaces
Location: Quincy, IL/Mendon, IL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience, plus spiffs based on performance
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + rotating Saturday (every 3rd week, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

We are hiring a Showroom Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations while managing the customer experience in our hearth showroom. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working directly with customers while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
• Greet customers in the showroom and provide basic education on fireplace and hearth products
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and support communication between customers, sales, and field teams
• Assist with estimates, proposals, and documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support general administrative tasks and daily office operations
What We're Looking For
• Administrative, customer service, or retail/showroom experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable learning and explaining products to customers
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM or service software is a plus
