Data Entry Clerk
LaSalle Network is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join a company in Chicago during their busy season! This Data Entry Specialist will play a key role in supporting daily operations by providing administrative, clerical, and data entry assistance across multiple departments. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build your professional experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an office setting, enjoys working with data, and has strong communication skills. You’ll handle a mix of phone support, data entry, filing, and administrative tasks — making you an essential part of the team.
What’s the job?
Enter and update data accurately in internal systems and databases
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
File, scan, and organize physical and electronic documents
Greet visitors and assist with general office coordination
Support internal departments with administrative tasks and reporting projects
What’s needed?
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
