Director of Marriage and Family Life
We are looking for a practicing Catholic in good standing who has a bachelors degree (or equivalent) in theology or ministry and at least five years of experience in pastoral ministry; experience in marriage ministry is preferred. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about working closely with pastors and parish staff who work directly with the couples providing the parish staff with training advice and resources. The position requires a creative individual who is also well-organized and finds joy in seeing projects through to the end. The position requires retreat planning and small to medium sized event planning.
While most work can be done Monday through Friday occasional weekend and evening work is required. Candidates must be adept at using Microsoft Office Suite online webinar webinar platforms such as Teams or Zoom and have experience creating and managing a budget.
