The Denials Management Specialist is accountable for carrying out and documenting the appeals process for denied claims at Graham Medical Group. The specialist also works to maintain third-party payer relationships, a role that consists of responding to inquiries, complaints, and other correspondence. Knowledge of state/federal laws that relate to contracts and to the appeal process is vital.

Bachelors degree preferred with a focus in healthcare/business management/accounting ORAssociates degree with three or more years of patient financial services experiences preferred

Minimum two years experience in healthcare billing, collection, payment processing, or denials management required

Denials management experience preferred
