About Us
FoulBallSafetyNow (FBSN) is a national campaign led by Jordan Skopp — a philanthropist, and activist taking on Major League Baseball and the legal system that’s protected it for decades. Our mission? To challenge the outdated Baseball Rule, call out the silence of law schools, professors, and lawyers who have failed to address it, and force true accountability into the legal conversation.

The Role
We’re looking for one law school student who’s ready to step out of their comfort zone and stir the pot.

• You’ll be the Campaign Manager of Information — taking this issue straight into the law school world.
• You’ll engage with fellow law students and professors on LSD (Law School Discussion, the community platform for law students).
• You’ll push the question: why haven’t enough law schools, clinics, professors — and law students themselves — stepped up on the Baseball Rule?
• You’ll hold the legal community accountable, not tiptoe around it.

Who You Are

• A current law school student (any year).
• Not afraid to ruffle feathers or take heat — thick skin required.
• Willing to challenge professors and peers publicly, on LSD and elsewhere.
• Curious and relentless: you want to know why more than one million lawyers and judges have been taught about the Baseball Rule, yet silence still continues.
• You’ve got a personality that says: I don’t give a damn, I’m going to raise this issue and see who can handle it.

Why This Matters
Law students of 2025 will be judged for what they did — or didn’t do — on this issue. Are you going to stay quiet, or are you going to be the one who wakes up the legal community?

What You’ll Do

• Drive the conversation on LSD and across law school networks.
• Build nationwide awareness and engagement among law school students, encouraging the activity of establishing legal theories that can be advanced at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Work directly with Jordan Skopp —to craft posts, strategy, and messaging that gets noticed.
