Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.

Sales Process: Guide prospective clients through the insurance buying process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of insurance products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.

Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and close sales efficiently.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable consultations.

Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities and client interactions, maintaining records for future reference.

Requirements

Licensing: Possession of a valid Illinois Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a financial services environment is essential.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are necessary to close sales effectively.

Customer-Centric: A commitment to understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet them.
