Dental Patient Care Coordinator for General Dentist Office
We are looking for an energetic, positive, confident, compassionate, resilient, and outgoing professional team member to share their smile with our family of patients in Oakbrook Terrace.
You will be the first point of contact for all patients who walk through our doors and who call our phones. Previous experience in the dental field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for our practice. Confidence in speaking with others, the ability to learn new technology and processes, the ability to think independently and with a team to solve problems, and being a quick learner are essential.
As our patient care coordinator receptionist, you will make a difference in the lives of our patients by helping them with their overall dental needs.

The perfect candidate will be able to:

• Greet and assist all visitors and callers with a smile and a can-do attitude of customer service.
• Communicate effectively over the phone, email, and in person.
• Assist new and existing patients with scheduling and completing their dental care.
• Verify patient's dental insurance and track past due claims accurately.
• Be able to prioritize tasks and coordinate tasks with other team members.
• Meet deadlines for tasks and production effectively.
• Be patient centered similar to a Chic-A-Fil and Nordstrom quality employee.

• Dentrix knowledge.
• Dental Insurance.
