Looking for experienced business development / sales representative professionals to engage in building network relationship with commercial partners in the construction or home improvement/repair industry. Proven success record and references required.
This job is for you to work at your own pace, part time or full time. You will receive a base pay and tiered commission for business generated.

Basic Function: This role will focus on engaging with adjacent to gutters businesses (contractors, home builders, roofers, landscapers, painters, insurance agents, property managers, real estate agents, etc.) to build our brand in the community and become the go-to partner for their gutter, soffit and fascia needs. These relationships will ultimately become direct or referral leads.

Sales and Estimating Responsibilities :

• Identify, engage and maintain networking relationship with commercial/business partners who can turn in leads for gutters services.
• Prices new opportunities within 48 hours using The Brothers that just do Gutters production rates.
• Returns incoming phone calls in a professional manner, within 8 business hours of call.
• Provides product differentiation to customer throughout selling process (assists customer in understanding exactly what they are paying for and why it is a superior product.)
• Effectively sells the companys services to the customer in a competitive atmosphere by understanding the customers needs and selling to satisfy those needs.
• Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids. Gets a yes or a no on all bids.
• Develops a well thought out prospecting plan focusing on generating leads for the company.
• Participates in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote company.
• Maintains an organized work flow and process using company CRM.

Other Responsibilities :

• Demonstrates positive leadership through all actions with all employees.
• Works the necessary hours per week in order to perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Assists in problem solving and implementing solutions.

• Must have previous sales and business development experience, ideally in the home services industry
• Excellent customer service mentality and ability to build trust and convey integrity

• Positive attitude and self starter, able to work unsupervised
