Human Resource Clerk (US)

Job Title: Human Resource Clerk Location: Decatur, IL Zip Code: 62526 Duration: 3 Months Pay Rate: $26-$28/hr. Keyword's: #Decaturjobs; #HumanResourceClerkjobs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attendance is key to performing the job.

1. Organize active and terminated colleague files. This includes sorting through existing files and documents and modifying the existing filing system for HR Records.
2. Other duties as assigned.

EQUIPMENT USED:

Basic office equipment such as computer and a scanner.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED equivalent. Some experience in filing functions, preferably in an HR office.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to speak, read and write in English or Spanish language.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Must demonstrate an ability to follow instructions and maintain good organizational skills. Must have an attention to detail and be able to prioritize.Must have computer skills. Must be able to work with confidential information.
